A quick update on the private beta

Still working on a few things

It’s been a while since I have provided an update on this project. It’s New Year’s Eve and I have really hoped to be able to open the private beta of dmarcSTAR by year end. Unfortunately, it’s not quite ready for that yet.

I feel very strongly about the goals, approach and possibilities of this project but ultimately right now it is a project that I’m working on between a number of other responsibilities, including my primary consulting work at Brightball, running the Carolina Code Conference and family responsibilities. In short, I just haven’t been able to make the time to get this project to a point where I’m ready to open it up just yet.

There are some big changes coming for my family in 2025 which I’m optimistic could free up as much as 2-3 hours a day. I hope to be able to invest that time to get dmarcSTAR to the standard that I’m comfortable releasing with the tooling needed to effectively maintain and support it afterwards. As you can probably imagine, with this being my first solo launch I’m holding it to a high standard.

But it is coming.
